| Description | The design goals of this home were to keep the footprint simple but very well built with high quality products. The main floor has an open concept to optimize flexibility with large family gatherings. The covered veranda was waterproofed to allow for a storage room and cool room underneath. Another unique feature is the split back entry on the stair landing. This allows for easy access to the back yard from the main floor and the basement. This home was built a few feet away from their old home so they were able to move right in without having to rent during construction. |
